• Roast turkey crown with all the festive trimmings
• Pan fried salmon fillet with green pea risotto and a herb cream sauce
• Nut roast with roast potatoes and cranberry gravy (v)

• Selection of cheese and biscuits with chutney
• Christmas pudding with rum sauce
• Christmas chocolate log with vanilla ice cream

• Pan fried salmon fillet with green pea risotto and a herb cream sauce
• Goats’ cheese, butternut squash and chestnut Wellington with a basil pesto (v)
